Professional Experience

He graduated from the Instituto Tecnológico Autónomo de México (ITAM) and is an associate at the De la Vega Martínez Rojas Law Firm, where he works as an individual and a collective litigator, meeting clients’ expectations in a timely manner.

As a law intern, he obtained experience through his participation in labor assistance meetings.

He is passionate about collective Labor Law, particularly in regard to the evolution of this model and about working on new comprehensive schemes that make it possible to find agreements that benefit the workers, the unions and the clients with the objective of maintaining productivity and seeking a social and economic balance.

• Lawyer at De La Vega & Martínez Rojas, S.C. in the area of Individual, Collective Litigation, Consulting and Pro bono, where he is involved with different clients, in Rapid Response Mechanism cases within the framework of the USMCA, with the objective of verifying compliance by Mexican companies with the right of freedom of association and collective bargaining by the workers, for the benefit of both companies and workers.
