Has 40 years’ experience in Labor Matters.

His practice has focused on individual and collective litigation for national and international companies, covering several industries, including banks, financial companies, hotels and mining, cement and telecommunication industries.

He has been a partner in several renowned and prestigious Law Firms and is currently a partner responsible for the area of litigation at De La Vega & Martínez Rojas, S.C.

He has been a professor and lecturer in several universities, such as the Universidad Anáhuac, Cancún, Panamericana in Aguascalientes and Guadalajara, Universidad Tecnológica de México, Universidad Marista, Universidad Autónoma de Chihuahua, Local Conciliation and Arbitration Board of Tepic, Nuevo Laredo Business Center, both in individual and collective matters, and also abroad, in Peru and Costa Rica, for example.

He has also conducted these activities in unions, such as the CTM, CMS and CROC [Confederation of Mexican Workers, Mexican Union Confederation and Revolutionary Confederation of Workers and Peasants, respectively]

He has been a member of the Mexican Bar Association, ANADE [National Association of Business Lawyers], the American Bar Association and the COPARMEX [National Confederation of Business Employers] Commission on Labor Experts.

He has participated in publications specializing in labor matters, such as Labor Lex y evidencias.

He is a Graduate of the Escuela Libre de Derecho, with a Master’s Degree in Labor Law by the same institution.
