Professional Experience

Lawyer graduated from the Universidad Nacional Autónoma de México, with more than 5 years’ experience in litigation in labor matters as advisor and representative of national and multinational companies; with skills and knowledge fundamentally focused on handling employment termination processes, establishing and analyzing defenses in labor trials and handling litigation both at the Conciliation and Arbitration Boards and at the new Labor Justice courts; currently collaborating with the De la Vega & Martínez Rojas, S.C. Firm.
