There is currently a 10% profit sharing percentage on companies’ actual and gross earnings, set in 1985; however, the economic situation in relation to inflation and CETES has changed and, therefore, it is now considered to be high and 10% is considered to be an exaggeration and difficult to be paid by entrepreneurs.
