Mr. Mayorga has more than 25 years’ experience in the management of corporate migration matters, as well as on the assistance of visas and migratory permits with temporary residence for lucrative or non-profit activities, permanent residents, among others. He has assisted and advised several multinational companies in various sectors of the industry. His expertise also includes advising employees as individuals, as well as during the transfer of their families to Mexico.
He graduated from La Salle University and has postgraduate studies in business law and international contracts from Escuela Libre de Derecho at Mexico City. He has written several articles related to immigration issues, such as The Hiring of Foreign Personnel by Mexican companies. He has guest lectured at various Mexican universities and international organizations. In addition, he is an IBA member.
